How fast will a clinician actually see me?
A licensed clinician reviews your visit within 24 hours of completing intake — usually the same day. That's the Seen Guarantee: if we miss the window, your visit is free.
What happens during the review?
Your clinician reads your full intake — history, medications, goals — and either approves a plan, asks follow-up questions, or tells you honestly that we're not the right fit. Every review is done by Teresa Slater, CRNP, not a rotating pool.
Do I ever need to come in person?
No. Intake, clinician review, check-ins, and follow-ups are all online, and anything prescribed ships to your door. Pennsylvania law allows licensed clinicians to provide this care by telehealth.

No. The membership price is the clinical price, period. You're only charged after a clinician approves your visit, and if you're not approved the visit fee is refunded in full.

Will I be prescribed medication automatically?
No. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate, at your clinician's discretion, after reviewing your full health history. Approval is never guaranteed.
What if medication isn't right for me?
Then we say so, you don't pay for the visit, and if a lifestyle-first plan fits better that's what your clinician recommends. An honest no is part of the service.
Can my plan change over time?
